Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be
responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand’s online presence, engage with our
audience, and drive business growth. This position requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent
communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and audience engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create visually appealing content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience. Please note that this is a contract position, and no additional benefits are
offered.
