Theme Overview:
Leapy Thunder, the brave and curious frog from the magical land of Thunderland, has embarked on a remarkable journey to explore the cultures, dreams, and hopes of kids from around the world. Her mission is to understand how young minds learn, grow, and imagine a better future for their communities and the planet. Now, Leapy wants you to tell her story!
Your Challenge:
Write a magical adventure story where Leapy Thunder visits your culture, learns about your traditions, and discovers your dreams for a brighter future. How would you teach her about your world? What would you and Leapy do together to inspire hope, solve challenges, or create a better tomorrow?
Story Writing Contest Rules and Regulations
For Ages 10-18
- Eligibility:
- Open to individuals aged 10 to 18 years as of the submission deadline.
- Participants must be a legal citizen of India at the time of submission.
- Participants must submit their own original work.
- Theme:
- Stories must adhere to the announced theme of the contest. Submissions deviating from the theme may be disqualified.
- Submission Guidelines:
- Language: Stories must be written in English, Hindi or Assamese
- Word Limit: Minimum of 500 words and a maximum of 1,500 words.
- Format: Submissions must be typed in a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12-point) and submitted as a PDF document.
- Deadline: All entries must be submitted by February 15th, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
- Originality:
- Entries must be original, unpublished, and entirely the participant’s own work.
- AI-generated stories or content will be disqualified.
- Plagiarized or previously published stories will also be disqualified.
- Collaborative entries are not allowed; only individual submissions will be accepted.
- Judging Criteria:
- Creativity and originality (40%).
- Relevance to the theme (30%).
- Writing style, grammar, and language (20%).
- Emotional impact and engagement (10%).
- The decision of the judges is final and binding.
- Age Categories:
- Submissions will be judged in two age groups:
- 10–13 years.
- 14–18 years.

- Prizes and Recognition:
- Prizes will be awarded to the top 5 winners in each age group.
- Winning entries may be published on trueleap.io or used in promotional materials.
- Rights:
- By entering, participants grant TrueLeap Inc exclusive rights to publish their stories for promotional purposes, with credit given to the author.
- Disqualification:
- Entries containing inappropriate, offensive, plagiarized, or AI-generated content will be disqualified.
- Failure to adhere to the rules may result in disqualification.
