Job Description:

for creative masterminds to join our team as Content Creators. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality
content that enhances TrueLeap’s online presence and engages our audience. Your focus will be on developing and executing
content strategies that align with our brand, resonate with our target audience, and drive business growth. If you’re someone
who loves to think outside the box and create content that makes people say, “Wow!”, then we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching, scroll-stopping content for our social media channels, blogs, and website.
• Develop engaging videos, graphics, and posts that resonate with our audience and communicate our brand message.
• Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute fresh content ideas.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media, content creation, and education to keep our content current and exciting.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments, and fostering a positive and interactive environment.

Qualifications:

• A creative person with a passion for storytelling through various mediums—video, graphic design, writing, you name it!
• A natural ability to connect with people and create content that speaks to their interests and needs.
• A sense of humor and a love for playful, engaging content that makes people smile.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Ability to create visually appealing content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience. Please note that this is a contract position, and no additional benefits are offered.
