Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Specialist (India) to join our team on a contract basis. In this
role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategies to expand our business and drive growth.
This includes building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new market opportunities, and
negotiating and closing deals that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand TrueLeap’s footprint in the Indian education sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, partners, and clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create tailored proposals and pitches.
  • Negotiate and close deals that align with TrueLeap’s strategic goals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field In India.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market, with a focus on the education industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify market opportunities and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
  • Must be willing to travel to client locations as needed

Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience. Please note that this is a contract position, and no additional benefits are offered.
