Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist, based in India, to join our team on a contract basis. In
this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing TrueLeap’s Indian social media presence. Your focus will be on
developing and executing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand’s visibility, engage our Indian audience,
and contribute to business growth. This position requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent
communication skills, and a passion for crafting engaging content tailored to the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and audience engagement.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create visually appealing content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience. Please note that this is a contract position, and no additional benefits are offered.
