Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, and disputes for purchases made through the TrueLeap.io platform (“Platform”). By purchasing, accessing, or using services or content on TrueLeap.io, you (“User,” “Learner,” or “Creator”) agree to be bound by this Policy.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, or where applicable, through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

1. Payment Terms

1.1. All prices are listed in USD or local currency.
1.2. Payments on TrueLeap.io are securely processed via:

  • Stripe for web transactions.
  • Apple App Store for iOS app purchases.
  • Google Play Store for Android app purchases.

1.3. Users are responsible for any applicable local taxes, VAT, or transaction fees.

2. Subscription Products

2.1. Free Trials:

  • Some subscription plans offer a free trial.
  • If not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.


2.2. Subscription Cancellation:

  • Web and Mobile app (Stripe) Users: Cancel any time via your TrueLeap.io subscription management settings.
  • iOS App Users: Manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
  • Android App Users: Manage and cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.


2.3. Refund Policy for Subscriptions:

  • Stripe (Web and mobile) Purchases: Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days of charge date (see Section 6 below).
  • Apple App Store and Google Play Purchases:
    • TrueLeap.io cannot process or issue refunds directly for purchases made via Apple or Google. 
    • Users must request refunds directly from Apple Support or Google Play Support, subject to their respective store policies.

3. One-Time Purchases: Courses, Workshops, and Digital Products

3.1. Refund Eligibility (Web/Mobile/Stripe Purchases):

  • Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days if:
    • Less than 20% of the content has been accessed, and
    • No downloadable content has been accessed or downloaded.


3.2. Refunds for App Store / Play Store Purchases:

  • If purchased via iOS or Android apps, Users must request a refund through the respective app store’s process.
  • TrueLeap.io does not have the authority to process refunds for these transactions.

4. Live Events, Webinars, and Virtual Workshops

4.1. Learner Cancellations:

  • Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the event start time (for Stripe purchases).
  • App Store/Play Store users must contact Apple/Google directly for event-related refund requests.

4.2. Event Cancellations:

  • If TrueLeap.io or a Creator cancels or reschedules an event, Users may opt for a refund or credit.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

5.1. Resolution First:

  • Users should contact [email protected] before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their payment provider.

5.2. App Store/Play Store Disputes:

  • Disputes related to purchases through Apple or Google must be resolved through their respective customer service.

6. Refund Processing

6.1. Stripe (Web) Refunds:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and returned to the original payment method.

7. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

TrueLeap.io reserves the right to deny a refund if:

  • Abuse, fraud, or misuse is detected.
  • There is violation of TrueLeap.io’s [Terms of Service].
  • Excessive refund requests without valid reasons occur.

8. Updates to This Policy

TrueLeap.io may revise this Policy periodically. Any substantial changes will be communicated via email and/or platform notifications. Continued use of TrueLeap.io constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
